Flat Residents Appreciate MSME and Urban Farming Area Development Plan in Nagrak Flats

The flat residents appreciated PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro)'s plan to develop a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) area and urban farming land in the Nagrak Flats area, Cilincing, North Jakarta.

Fatriah (43), a resident of Nagrak Flats' Tower 3, precisely at the 12nd unit on 13rd floor mentioned that it would be very positive for mothers' activities and increasing family income.

"I really support and hope it will be realized quickly," she expressed, Sunday (1/28).

This resident who moved from Block C of the Marunda Flats admitted that she had been socialized about the plans to develop the MSME and urban farming area.

She explained the MSME site would be built on the left side of the road from tower 4 to tower 3 and 2. Then the urban farming would be behind tower 5, as well as land for cultivating Tilapia and Catfish next to tower 1 and 2.

"Hopefully, the food needs in this flat will be more complete and met," she hoped.

The same statement also came out from Anah (39), a trader from tower 3 at the 11st unit on 5th floor.

"I moved from Cilincing, have been selling on the ground floor of the tower since last year. Indeed, there are no stalls here for trading, if I trade in front of the tower the wind is quite strong, I would be afraid," she explained.

According to her, MSMEs in Nagrak Flats would get guidance from Jakpro to become more creative and innovative.

"They will even install a free wifi network on the lower floors of the tower, so the flat residents will be more busy sitting downstairs while snacking on our wares," she admitted.

It was also welcomed by Laras (42), a resident from tower 2 on 6th floor at 7th unit. She stated, Jakpro would also hold a cheap market in towers 4 and 5. Because currently the cheap market from Pasar Jaya is only at Jakmart, which is located in tower 11.

"Very good. This is very helpful for us," she said.
